Lisa Silvershein founded Ark Career Coaching in 2004. The mission of Ark Career Coaching is to support people throughout their career lifecycle. We help people actively navigate their future by identifying their strengths, passions and skills to create a vision of success. We work with our clients to leverage their strengths and to achieve their dreams.

Meet our Team:

Lisa G. Silvershein – Founder

Lisa brings over 20 years of career counseling, human resources and management experience to Ark Career Coaching. She has continued success developing individuals at all stages of their career.

She helps students identify educational options, select their academic major , as well as interview for internships and jobs. Lisa works with individuals in career transition and career development to engage their strengths and passions. She supports her clients as they create their career path and employ strategies to achieve their goals. She also works with executives who want to develop their leadership skills and advance professionally. Additionally, Lisa works with people who want to plan an active and fulfilling retirement.

Lisa had her first coaching experience in 1982 as a college Career Counselor under the tutelage of Howard Fiegler, renowned career counseling expert. She worked with students to develop resumes, interview skills, networking and job search strategies.

From 1984 until 2004 Lisa progressively grew as a human resources professional. As a Recruiter, a Director of Employee Development, a Director of Human Resources and a Human Resources Consultant, Lisa has always been involved in helping people identify and build upon their strengths.

Lisa started Ark Career Coaching in 2004 after becoming a Certified Master Coach by Suzanne Skiffington and the The Behavioral Coaching Institute. She has continued to grow professionally by taking many classes through the International Coaching Federation and the Career Coach Institute such as: Career Coaching, Quantum Shift Coaching, Retirement Coaching and Entrepreneurial Coaching. Lisa also has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Resources Management.

Lisa has been actively involved as a Board Member of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, Vice President of the Bernards Township Chamber of Commerce, Powerful You Facilitator, Participant Experience Chairperson for the annual Garden State Society for Human Resources Management Conference and she is an active participant in the Virtual Learning Community of the Career Coach Institute.

Lisa has access to tested coaching techniques, tools and assessments that are designed to help individuals enhance the quality of their lives and successfully achieve their goals. She focuses on where her client is now, where they want to be and what they are willing to do to create their desired future. She is 100% committed to helping clients achieve their goals while holding them accountable and encouraging them to stay on track as they move forward.

Lisa has the superior ability to listen, observe and customize her approach to meet individual needs. She recognizes that there must be a positive chemistry between the coach and the client. That is why she offers a free telephone consultation.

Jill Frank

Jill Frank is an Executive Career Coach and Consultant, who is known as the “promotion coach." She specializes in launching professional’s careers up the corporate ladder. Her expertise lies in helping leaders develop competency profiles and select employees for future leadership positions; designing training programs; creating strategic plans to forecast and fill future vacancies. Jill has successfully developed internal career programs to encourage professional growth within organizations and reduce the turnover of valuable employees.

Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University in Florida and completed her Executive Career Coach training from the Career Coach Institute. Jill is a member of the International Association of Coaches and Coachville.

Kim Andrews

Career Consultant

Kim focuses on job search strategies, clarity and those hidden ‘golden’ abilities that align with a person’s skills, experience and interest. With over 20 years of human resources management and career coaching experience she has been trained to hold the bigger picture for her clients while using tools and resources to enhance their career search experience.

Kim coaches, consults and mentors her clients throughout the job search process to become “better” positioned to pursue their desired job and career path with confidence. Kim encourages her clients to envision where they are now and where they want to be in their career, together they take steps towards positive results.

Natalie Gahrmann

Natalie Gahrmann is a top work/life effectiveness expert who delivers coaching, seminars and keynote presentations that help people at every level of an organization address a wide range of work, family, personal and professional issues.  For 20+ years, Natalie has helped leaders and employees identify and constructively address work and life concerns, resulting in improved job performance, a stronger bottom-line, and a more dedicated and loyal workforce.

Natalie is the author of the award-winning book, Succeeding as a Super Busy Parent.  She has an MA degree in Administration & Supervision, BS in Marketing Education and is certified by the International Coach Federation.

Natalie is the life coach for Parenting magazine and work/life expert for BlueSuitMom. She has appeared in magazines, newspapers, on-line resources, and a variety of programs on cable TV and radio.  She has worked with employees from companies such as Genentech, American Standard, Schlemberger, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, and AT&T.
